NCOETL is run by a team of experienced, highly competent and strategic professionals, with over 100 years of managerial experience, which cuts across oil and gas, marine services and engineering. The team is headed by the Managing Director/CEO and is supported by the Group’s General Manager, working alongside a strong technical team that includes the various Heads of department and the company’s Executive Directors.
