Nembe Crude Oil Export Terminal Limited (“NCOETL” or “Nembe”) is a leading player in Nigeria’s Oil & Gas services industry and is committed to excellence, sustainability and innovation. At NCOETL, we operate in the Midstream sector and are currently providing energy handling, processing, transportation and storage services with an extensive network of pipelines, storage facilities and a wide collection of marine vessels and assets in the oil & gas producing region of Nigeria.
NCOETL owns and operates physical transportation facilities and assets, including a strong network of pipelines that cuts across a few communities. Our modern and dynamic infrastructure also includes but is not limited to storage and terminal facilities. Currently we maintain one of the largest inland waterways crude transportation fleets in Nigeria. This features two million barrels of commercial crude oil storage capacity at our terminal and storage locations, one crude oil processing facility, one crude oil terminal, a floating storage & offloading (FSO) unit and various specialized crude oil transportation vessels and tugboats.
Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology enable us to operate efficiently and responsibly, ensuring minimal environmental impact, while maximizing resource utilization. To further enhance our operational capabilities, we are in the process of completing the construction of our new 250,000 barrels per day (bbls/d) crude processing facility and a 56-kilometre pipeline.

Our paramount objective of on-time pick-up and delivery service revolves around the safe and responsible handling of our customers’ products. This superior level of service is only achieved through the implementation of extensive safety procedures and continuous training of all members who wear the Nembe uniform. MANAGEMENT TEAM
NCOETL is run by a team of experienced, highly competent and strategic professionals, with over 100 years of managerial experience, which cuts across oil and gas, marine services and engineering. The team is headed by the Managing Director/CEO and is supported by the Group’s General Manager, working alongside a strong technical team that includes the various Heads of department and the company’s Executive Directors.
